You are invited to join the Regional Access Project Foundation and NPO Centric for its 10th Annual Desert Fast Pitch grant competition on September 21, 2023 from 5-7:30 p.m. at the UCR Palm Desert Campus. The event is where nonprofit fundraising takes an entrepreneurial spin. In a friendly “Shark Tank” format, nonprofit professionals compete for cash grants (up to $20,000) by pitching their ideas and telling their stories in a compelling live 3-minute presentation. It is the culmination of an intense weeks-long training program to help set the organizations up with the skills for long-term success. The event also features a keynote presentation by Father Greg Boyle, founder of Homebody Industries in Los Angeles, the world’s largest gang intervention and rehabilitation program.
