Big Heart Awards Banquet comes to Desert Hot Springs for the second time, sponsored by the non-profit charitable organization Rotary Club of Desert Hot Springs, on Thursday, April 12, 2018, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the popular Miracle Springs Resort and Spa, 10625 Palm Drive, Desert Hot Springs, California 92240. The Big Heart Awards is to honor individuals and local business for doing good deeds in our community. In support of Rotary’s motto, “Service Above Self”, we aim to encourage our community to get involved and be proactive for positive change. All proceeds to benefit our College Scholarship Program and other youth service leadership projects. Together, we can make a difference. In addition to the event’s highlight of the 17 honorees and their contributions to our community, the more than 200 guests will have an opportunity to bid on a diverse array of silent auction gifts as well as Spin the Rotary Wheel for a chance to win prizes. Entertainment provided by students of our city’s public high school and middle schools. Tickets are available at Eventbrite.com: $40 each or a table for $320 (8 tickets).
