The City of Indio is thrilled to invite the community to its Independence Day Block Party in Downtown Indio on Friday, July 5, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This free, family-friendly event promises an evening filled with food, fun, and festivities for all ages.

Attendees can indulge in a variety of delicious cuisines from the popular weekly event, Food Truck Fridays, as a diverse lineup of food trucks will be serving up their most popular dishes. Thrilling carnival games and bounce houses will be stationed in Downtown Indio for kids of all ages to enjoy. Those looking to do some two-stepping can enjoy line dancing sessions hosted by DJ Big John of KPLM The Big 106-FM at Center Stage. The highlight of the evening will be a special live performance by country artist Frank Ray at 7:00 PM on Center Stage with a breathtaking patriotic drone show at 9:00 PM, lighting up the night sky in a dazzling display of red, white, and blue.
