The Coachella Valley Public Cemetery District (CVPCD) is seeking proposals for both landscape and arbor services. The CVPCD will open the competitive bid process on July 28th, 2021.
The CVPCD is looking for qualified landscape and arbor service companies (separate RFP’s) to care for the District’s approximately twenty-nine acres of developed cemetery grounds. Qualified organizations will posses the required certification, insurance, staff, experience, and equipment to appropriately care for the needs described within the RFP’s.
Responses to these RFP’s will be accepted beginning July 28th, 2021. All responses must be submitted on or before August 11th, 2021, at 5:00 pm.

The CVPCD has performed over 21,000 interments and has set over 18,000 grave markers.
