Coachella Valley, CA: Stephen Burchard with HomeSmart Professionals has supplied us with a quick snapshot of the Coachella Valley real estate market.
Important points of interest for December 2019:
- Average SFR sale price for the Valley was $425,000, up 9.0%
- Average Condo sale price for the Valley was $279,000, up 2.0%
- Days on Market & Months of Sales continue to creep down.
- Inventory dropped by 10.4%. This is the lowest we’ve seen in recent recorded history.
- While inventory is lower, unit sales are down 5%, which is keeping inventory stable, for now.
