Sacramento, CA: The state’s Employment Development Department (EDD) will be hosting a series of seminars discussing Assembly Bill 5 throughout the year. During the seminar, they will go over the ABC Test, how to go about determining whether a worker is an employee or an independent contractor, as well as provide resources to aid in classifying workers.

Here are the next few months of seminars, if you do not see one near you, there will likely be one later in the year in your area.
