Swap the fairways for the fast lanes! The Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce is shaking things up this year by swapping out the golf clubs for the BMW Relay Race. Wave goodbye to the traditional golf tournament and rev up your engines for a thrilling day on the race track at the BMW Performance Center West. Forget birdies and bunkers—imagine racing against the clock, executing drifts on a polished concrete pad, and getting behind the wheel of a high-performance vehicle! Join us for a day of adrenaline-pumping fun on March 25th, 2025. Let’s trade the golf carts for horsepower and make some unforgettable memories on the track!
Event Information:
- Teams of 4 people (similar to a foursome on a golf course)
- 7:30 Arrival, Check-in and Lite Breakfast
- 8:00 – Safety talk (Mandatory)
- 9:00 – Competition starts on both tracks
- 11:00 – Two best times from each autocross compete for top 3 spots. Gold/Silver/Bronze
- 12 – 1:15 Lunch/Beer/Wine/closing reception
Activities:
- Two Autocross courses used for the Relay Race. 8 foursome on each course.
- Final competition on combined course.
- Side activities while people are waiting: Hotlaps South Palm; Rat Race on Skid Pad and Lite Thermal Club Tour
- Closing announcements during lunch.
