The Law Office of Karen J. Sloat will provide sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training for non-supervisory employees in partnership with the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce.
California employers with five or more employees must provide at least one hour of classroom or other interactive training regarding sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention to all non-supervisory employees within six months of their hire date.
Spanish Training will be presented by attorney Beatriz Mercado on Tuesday, October 17th at 10 a.m.
English Training will be presented by attorney Karen J. Sloat on Tuesday, November 7th at 10 a.m.
Employers must provide this training once every two years.
Attendees must register in advance.
Supervisor training from the Law Office of Karen J. Sloat is available for an additional fee.
