State of Education

The Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the inaugural State of Education, a regional forum highlighting the current landscape of our local education system and its impact on workforce development throughout the Coachella Valley. This informative program will feature presentations and updates from Coachella Valley Unified School District, Desert Sands Unified School District, Palm Springs Unified School District, College of the Desert, and the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce as they share initiatives, priorities, and collaborative efforts aimed at preparing the next generation of our regional workforce.

Attendees will enjoy breakfast, networking opportunities, and a Workforce & Education Expo available during the registration hour. The event will be held on Friday, May 1st, with registration opening at 8:00 AM and the program beginning promptly at 9:00 AM. at Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage. All three school districts as well as College of the Desert will be presenting updates followed by a panel with participants from each organization as well as One Future Coachella Valley focused on education and workforce development.
