Immerse yourself in a refined culinary experience as the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the City of Indio and Title Sponsor Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, proudly presents the 8th Annual “Taste of Indio.” Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Coachella Valley History Museum in Downtown Indio, this event, held on Thursday, March 14, 2024, celebrates the finest flavors of Indio. Indulge in the exquisite offerings from restaurants across Indio and enjoy an evening filled with entertainment, culinary samplings, a museum tour, and a cash bar. Secure your spot with advance admission priced at $25 per person or join us at the door for $30. Includes tastings at ALL food vendors. A cash bar will be provided by the Coachella Valley History Museum.

This years food vendors are Cork & Fork, Experimental Concepts, Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, Heirloom Craft Kitchen, Jackalope Ranch, Little Lemon Lemonades, Papa John’s, Que Mango Fruit & Juice Bar, Short & Sweet, Soul of Mexico, Thai Hot, TKB, Uncle D’s Smokehouse BBQ & Grill, Victoria’s Cafe and more to come!
