On Fathers’ Day (Sunday, June 17th) The Fresh Grill Buffet will be serving up favorites that the whole family will love for brunch and dinner. During brunch, Dad can savor cooked-to-order eggs Benedict, chicken fried steak, apple pancakes, French toast and more morning favorites just the way he likes them. The buffet features fresh salads and soups including loaded baked potato soup and pork pozole. Save plenty of room for delectable carved meats such as roast prime rib of beef, maple-roasted breast of turkey and honey glazed Virginia ham.
Entrée specialties for brunch and dinner include grilled New York steaks, blackened filet of salmon with creole sauce, and braised bone-in beef short ribs. If Dad loves a casual dining experience, POM will have a special Fathers’ Day entrée of charbroiled bone-in New York Steak with three-cheese potato gratin, pesto-grilled asparagus and Jack Daniels demi-glace for $34. If a fine dining experience is more his style, The Bistro will offer a special entrée of pepper seared boneless rib eye steak and king crab-stuffed giant prawn, served with duck fat braised potato, haricot verts Provençale and a pinot noir demi-glace for $58. Both POM and The Bistro will be featuring their regular menus as well.
For a special treat, be sure to take Dad to the brand new Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory at Fantasy Springs. On Sunday, June 17th, if you purchase two of their signature, gigantic, mouthwatering caramel and chocolate apples, you’ll get one free.
