Family Navigation and 360Wellness Solutions proudly presents the first mobile health clinic and telehealth command center coming to Coachella Valley that produces “Healthcare with Heart”.
Patients will have access to a vetted network of doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals that work together to give customized healthcare. This strategy allows for the best outcome for the patient.

The ribbon cutting and open house is on Thursday, October 14 from 4-6 PM at the family resource center in Cathedral City, with a ribbon cutting at 5 PM, sponsored by Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce.
