The Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a special digital town hall with California State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond. Superintendent Thurmond will be joining us as a guest of Assemblymember Eduardo Garcia, representing the CA 56th Assembly District. Superintendent Thurmond will be providing an update on the largest public school system in the nation, with more than 6.3 million students and over 10,000 schools. The virtual town hall will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at 11:00 AM. This event is free to attend. Please join us.
