News from General George S. Patton Museum:

It is with deep sadness that the General George S. Patton Museum announces the passing of Pete Ortiz.

Pete served as a member of our Board of Directors and was the construction superintendent of the Matzner Tank Pavilion currently being erected for November 11, 2017, Veterans Day.

A Veteran of the Armed Forces, Pete served with honor and distinction. He was a tireless worker and his skills as a contractor were invaluable to us.

Pete will be remembered for his hard work, volunteer spirit, and his patriotic service. May he Rest in Peace and family and friends he left so suddenly, remember him with love and affection.
