Chiriaco Summit will hold its 85th Anniversary celebration at the Chiriaco Summit Restaurant, the original site, and the continuing heartbeat of Chiriaco Summit.

Friends, family and drop-in visitors are all welcome. We like to recognize, on this day, the service years of our dedicated employees. Please stop in and say “hi”. “Chiriaco Summit: Built by Love to Last in the Desert”, a book by Dr. Mary Gordon that tells Joe & Ruth Chiriaco’s story, is easily found on Amazon in both print and Kindle versions but on August 15 we will be selling the book at a discounted price this day only.

Special guests invited are Supervisor Manuel Perez, Mayor Glen Miller, a representative for Eduardo Garcia and Field Representative Peter Carlstrom. Join us Wednesday August 15th, beginning at 10am, ceremony will be at 10:30am. We will have a blessing by Deacon Fernando, live music, free goodies and even a few surprises.

We are located at 62-450 Chiriaco Summit Road, Chiriaco Summit, California 92201. Take the I-10 Freeway heading East from Indio, watch for the signs.
