Spotlight 29 Casino is excited to announce that JEM Steakhouse’s Chefs are crafting a new menu to be unveiled just in time for the Fall season. JEM Steakhouse’s Chefs will spend the month of August thoughtfully evaluating the current menu, spend time in the kitchen to create and sample recipes and develop new additions that will showcase vibrant flavors and heighten
taste profiles of the already delectable menu. At this time, the casino will be temporarily closing JEM Steakhouse, starting Wednesday, August 3. JEM Steakhouse will reopen on Wednesday, August 31.

JEM Steakhouse is open Wednesday through Sunday, 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. JEM Steakhouse specializes in steak and seafood dishes, giving guests the ultimate upscale dining experience. The restaurant boasts a mouth-watering menu, including savory appetizers, divine entrées and decadent dessert options for all to enjoy. Additionally, diners will appreciate the extensive cocktail
menu and impressive wine selections to complement every meal.
