Coachella Valley, CA: Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce members were asked recently to take a short, five question survey regarding how they utilize their membership.

“The results of the survey were encouraging,” said Joshua Bonner, President and CEO. “We know the basic deliverable’s our membership is expecting from us.  The opportunity for us is to try and deliver the unique value each member is specifically seeking.  To that end, we continue to evolve the organization and rely more heavily on data mining and the information it yields.  The really good news that came out of the survey is that the Chamber’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) is very healthy.  Generally, our membership is engaged and happy with the work we are doing on their behalf.”
