Message from Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival:

The Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival is ready to staff up in preparation for the Fair’s ten days of fun, February 16-25, 2018.

Through the assistance of the Riverside County Human Resources Department’s Temporary Assignment Program, the Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival is now accepting applications for multiple temporary positions under three classifications.

We are in search of Custodians and Laborers. These two positions play a key role in keeping the Fairgrounds a fun, clean and safe place for all the festival-goers to enjoy. The custodian position will pay $11.16 per hour and the laborer is $12.72 per hour.

Job Requirements: All interested candidates must be able to pass a background check, drug test, & physical exam. Applicants must be able to read and write in English. All must also understand and follow oral and written directions. Applicants must be able to work the entire month of February 2017. The Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival is presented by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, the desert’s leader in gaming and entertainment. The Fair, in Indio, runs February 1625. Gates are open 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. from Friday-Monday and noon-10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday.
