It was a Beautiful Day in La Quinta on May 4th, the weather was perfect, the appetizers were flowing, the music was playing, and new friendships were made. It was an overall fun time with local City of La Quinta Board Members and guests gathered to help Justin and Mackenzie celebrate It’s a Beautiful Day Restaurant’s one year anniversary.  

They serve Farm-to-the-table style cuisine that brings fresh local ingredients to La Quinta. They offer a healthy blend of breakfast food from vegan, vegetarian, gluten free as well as traditional style breakfast while dining in ultra chic Instagram worthy settings including a cute bar to sip cocktails, with a lounge area that makes this restaurant truly an experience.  

Starting Thursday, May 11, the restaurant will be open for happy hour from 2-5 p.m. and will be staying open till 8 p.m. Thursdays – Sundays. Stop by Beautiful Day in La Quinta for your morning meal or some tapas and refreshments at the end of your day.
