La Quinta had its very own Red-Carpet Event. Paper Dolls Interiors had a fabulous ribbon-cutting on April 27 with over 30 guests, that included La Quinta city board members as well as friends and local support.

With over 30 years in the interior business, Paper Dolls Design has undergone a remodel when new owner Maria Villamar took over the business around 4 years ago. Villamar hired designer Donna Roveda to help her elevate the space and design.

Maria and Donna’s hard work truly shows in the space they have created, from the amazing blue and white wall of wallpaper that’s literally a work of art, to the many more display of wallpaper and window covers they offer. After a quick tour, guests got to celebrate the evening with food, drinks and a live guitar performance from Chaz Marriott. Maria definitely created a truly beautiful shop.
