On Saturday, May 19, Domani will open its gates to interested buyers at 7:45 a.m. Since Domani’s preview opening in February 29 homes have been sold. It is anticipated the 12 homes released in Phase 5 will sell quickly. “We are excited about releasing Phase 5 as we have several hundred people on our interest list who are waiting for certain floorplans that sold out in previous phases,” noted Casey Erickson, Domani’s Community Sales Manager.

To best accommodate buyers, the following procedures will be in place on Saturday, May 19:
• Numbers will be handed out at the Domani Clubhouse at 8:00 a.m.
• Buyers must be present when their number is called and they have 5 minutes to respond before the next number is called
• Buyers must present a financing pre-approval letter
• Buyers must bring a $10,000 deposit
• Buyers must be prepared to go to contract in 3 days
