News from: The Robert Green Company
The Robert Green Company announced today that building permits have been pulled for the highly anticipated branded residential homes at SilverRock Resort in La Quinta, Calif., with construction set to begin this summer.
SilverRock will establish a new standard of luxury for resort residential living, addressing the desert’s need for an integrated, full-service resort community. Ultimately, there will be 29 branded single-family homes and 55 branded condominiums serviced by two notable and renowned hotels.
The Robert Green Company has also announced the appointment of Bruce Maize as Chief Operating Officer of Robert Green Residential (RGR). A 15-year La Quinta resident, Maize brings over 35 years of premium homebuilding and development experience and is responsible for all residential construction at SilverRock Resort.
“Following years of thoughtful planning, we are excited to finally execute the vision of SilverRock and get some sticks in the air,” said Maize. “Demand for real estate in the Coachella Valley has exploded in the past 12 months, and we expect that trend to continue, especially at the upper end of the market. All indications point toward a robust 2021/22 season, and those who missed out last year will return in droves – the desert lifestyle won’t miss a beat.”
