THE ROBERT GREEN COMPANY BEGINS PULLING BUILDING PERMITS ON BRANDED LUXURY HOTEL
Construction Contract Awarded to R.D. Olson Construction and Set to Begin This Month
The Robert Green Company announced today that construction is set to begin this month at SilverRock Resort. Building permits for the new luxury hotel have been issued, in addition to building permits for the branded single-family homes.
R.D. Olson Construction, a nationally acclaimed general contractor and construction management firm, has been awarded the construction contract for the luxury hotel. With more than 40 years of experience in hotel, resort, and restaurant projects, the Irvine, Calif. based firm has been involved in many high-end mixed-use hotel developments.

SilverRock Resort, which will ultimately consist of 29 branded single-family homes and 55 branded condominiums serviced by two notable and renowned hotel brands, is bringing a new level of luxury hospitality and resort residential living to the Coachella Valley and City of La Quinta. Construction on the first hotel is set to begin this month, which includes 134 casita-style guestrooms and suites, alongside a full-service spa and convention/meeting center.
Bruce Maize, Chief Operating Officer of Robert Green Residential at The Robert Green Company, is overseeing all residential construction within the development. Bringing over 35 years of premium homebuilding experience, Maize is 15-year La Quinta resident and, for the past 30 years, has worked on several of most exclusive real estate developments in the Coachella Valley.
