The Wine Emporium to Host Free Live Music

Enjoy the sound of FREE live music every Wednesday and Thursday night from 7 – 10 p.m. with local band, The Carmen Trio Blues and Rock and Jam.  They are joined with featured artists at The Wine Emporium in Old Town La Quinta at 78-100 Main St.
Featured guest artists include: Anthony Patler, Joel Atkins on Drums and Tony Carmen on Guitar.  These artist have worked with the likes of Dave Mason, Greg Allman, Stephen Stills, Frankie Avalon, the Righteous Brothers and Ike and Tina Turner.  “These seasoned musicians have come together to work for the first time right on the spot and enjoy jamming together purposefully, without rehearsals.  Patrons can witness and hear the unique interpretations of familiar songs created by these musicians’ styles by the moment!” stated Cynthia Appolito, vocalist for The Carmen Music Duo.  Upcoming in subsequent summer months, artists’ schedule permitting, may include other musicians of notoriety:  Donnie Beck who played with Buddy Miles and Jeff Lantz who has worked with Frankie Avalon and more.
