US Chamber Fights Ruling Against Small Business by U.S. District Court (DC)

News from the US Chamber

Washington DC: Earlier this year, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia struck down the rule that allows small businesses to pool together to access affordable, high-quality health insurance through Association Health Plans (AHPs). In April, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce publicly denounced the court decision and will file an amicus brief this evening to represent the voice of our members.
