Join the Valley Sanitary District on November 12, 2024, immediately following the regularly scheduled Board meeting, as the Valley Sanitary District honors the incredible 67-year career of William “Bill” Teague. Bill has been a dedicated servant to the City of Indio and the surrounding areas, starting as a Plant Operator in 1951 and later becoming General Manager before retiring from employment in 1985. He returned to serve as a Board Member in 1991, contributing his expertise and leadership until December 2024.

This celebration will recognize Bill’s numerous achievements, his leadership roles, and his impactful contributions to wastewater management, the Valley Sanitary District, and the broader community. It is a testament to his long-standing dedication to public service and environmental protection.
