Amber Healy is a shareholder at Buchalter and co-chairs the firm’s wage and hour practice. Amber advises employers on California’s complex employment laws, including wage and hour compliance issues. Over the last twenty years, Amber has litigated numerous employment disputes ranging from wrongful termination based claims to equal pay and complex wage and hour class action lawsuits.
She has litigated hundreds of wage and hour class actions in both state and federal courts. Though she started her career representing employees, Amber has worked exclusively with employers for over a decade helping them navigate the myriad of laws that they must comply with in California.
