Serving our Membership is the heart and center of why GCVCC exists. YOU are our purpose. Over the past 24 months we have experienced unprecedented challenges and upheaval. As a membership driven organization we immediately pivoted our time and attention to serve you. We did a variety of new and different things from setting up business support call centers to maintaining an inventory of PPE – things we had never done before. We also made a choice to look out for the small business community by halting collections calls for membership dues on those businesses who couldn’t afford it. Since March 2020 a lot has changed and we’re emerging with the worst affects of covid-19 behind us. We’re refocusing our efforts into services that give YOU real value.
