The Chamber’s Ambassador Team had the opportunity to spend an evening at Kitchen Kitchen in Indian Wells as one of their quarterly appreciation meetings, on June 10th and what a great experience they had!
First, they were welcomed by Chef Frank Orozco who presented them with a filet mignon crostini prepared in their demonstration kitchen, along with libations. They enjoyed tender filet mignon slices on crunchy crostini with herbed horseradish cream cheese spread, caramelized onions, and oven-roasted tomatoes. Now if that didn’t get your mouth watering, next they were treated to a live demonstration as Chef Orozco showed how to make a creamy lemon mouse with freshly whipped cream, strawberries, and graham cracker krispies. Everyone enjoyed the dessert! Then, Jan Boydstun, TV personality “The Gadget Gal” and owner of Kitchen Kitchen, provided the guests with a kitchen gadget demonstration of some of their really cool gadgetry.
In addition to enjoying the fantastic food and gadget demo, Ambassadors got copies of the appetizer and dessert recipes PLUS a 20% discount on store items. The Ambassador Program is open to all members to apply and requires a strong commitment to the Chamber by helping to volunteer at events, attend events, represent the Chamber to new members and refer new members. Their loyalty is rewarded via the quarterly Ambassador Appreciation events as the Chamber sincerely appreciates and honors all the hard work they do!
