Leaders, managers, and residents of homeowner associations (HOAs) in Indio are invited to a comprehensive workshop on Saturday, March 9, 2024, aimed at enhancing their understanding of management best practices, jurisdictional issues, and compliance with local and state regulations. This free HOA Workshop is a collaborative effort between the City of Indio and the Coachella Valley Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-CV).

The workshop will take place from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Sun City Shadow Hills, Santa Rosa Clubhouse, located at 81420 North Sun City Blvd. in Indio. Attendees can expect to discuss multiple topics from a variety of speakers including City of Indio staff, CAI-CV staff, an HOA attorney, and HOA management company representatives. The speakers will share valuable insights, expert guidance, and practical knowledge that can be applied to navigate the complexities of managing homeowner associations.
