Indo, CA: JFK Memorial Hospital, in collaboration with the City of Indio, is offering a limited COVID-19 Pfizer vaccination clinic on Wednesday, March 24th at Sedona Surgery Center, 81812 Dr. Carreon Blvd., Suite F, Indio, CA 92201. This is limited to 324 people and is by appointment only.
Each individual must have his or her own appointment. We are vaccinating Phase 1A and 1B; for industry workers, proof of employment will be required. To see eligible industries, click here.
Please access the online link below to schedule. After the first 324 appointments are filled, there will be no further times offered for this date. Based on future vaccine availability, future clinics may be considered. Please do not call any of the hospitals; simply follow the instructions contained in this email.
