Attention Job Seekers and Employers:

We are excited to announce that the City of Desert Hot Springs is partnering with the Riverside County Workforce Development Center to host a virtual Job Fair on Thursday, August 26th from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The virtual job fair simulates the look and feel of a real job fair through an online platform.

You do not need to wait until August 26th to register – The site is open now to accept employer job advertisements, and job seeker resumes.

Employers will create a virtual job fair booth by posting information about their organization and their open positions. When applicants enter the booth virtually, employers are notified, and they can then schedule a live chat with the applicant. Job seekers can register online here. Applicants can log in from a phone, tablet or computer to research companies, speak directly to recruiters and apply for open positions. The following video provides virtual candidate training: Best Practices.
