The Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce (GCVCC) is proud to announce the selected honorees for CV Next: The Next Leaders of the Coachella Valley, a recognition program celebrating emerging leaders who are shaping the future of our region.
Launched earlier this year, CV Next was created to spotlight individuals who are making a meaningful impact across the Coachella Valley through their work in business, nonprofit organizations, and public policy.

Celebrating the Next Generation of Leadership
CV Next recognizes rising leaders who are not only making an impact today, but who also demonstrate strong potential for continued influence in the years ahead. Honorees represent a diverse cross-section of industries and backgrounds, all united by their dedication to the Coachella Valley’s growth and success. Two additional honorees will be announced soon in partnership with College of the Desert.
The 2026 honorees will be featured in an upcoming issue of Voice of Business Magazine, highlighting their achievements and contributions to the region. They will also be formally recognized at the Chamber Honors: Annual Board Installation and Business Awards this June, one of the Chamber’s premier events celebrating excellence in the local business community.
Through initiatives like CV Next, GCVCC continues its mission to serve as a catalyst for business growth, a convener of leaders, and a champion for the regional economy—investing in the individuals who will help shape the future of the Coachella Valley.
