GCVCC Recognizes Local Elected Leaders for Legislative Efforts

News from the GCVCC Legislative Advocacy Committee

The GCVCC annually tracks legislation at both the state and federal level that are important to the Coachella Valley small business community and broader regional economic interests. Beginning this year, the Chamber will recognize local elected leaders who vote in-line with the chambers legislative platform and bill positions at least two-thirds (2/3rds) of the time. The award has been named in memory of the chamber’s late Legislative Officer, Patrick Swarthout.
