News from: Guide Dogs of the Desert
Guide Dogs of the Desert is proud to continue a beloved local tradition with the return of Jingle Paws, formerly known as Santa Paws. This festive, family friendly holiday event invites the community to celebrate the season while supporting a meaningful cause.
Participants are encouraged to walk or run in Santa suits and bring their family, friends, and four legged companions for a joyful Saturday morning. The event will include vendor booths, awards, children’s activities—including a special Elf Dash—and plenty of opportunities for festive holiday photos.
“Jingle Paws is all about community, compassion, and connection,” says Robert Maher, Executive Director of Guide Dogs of the Desert. “It’s a chance to come together, celebrate the holidays, and support the life-changing work of providing guide dogs to those who need them.”
Teams from neighborhoods, businesses, and local organizations are invited to join in, making the event a wonderful opportunity to bond, celebrate, and give back during the most wonderful time of the year.
