Eiso Wortelboer is the owner of Always Best Care in Indian Wells, California, just outside of Palm Springs. Eiso purchased his franchise from Bonnie and Neil Zwack last year and since acquiring the business, he is taking the agency’s revenue and overall operations to new heights. In fact, he is now ranked 8th in the system, up from 17th before he purchased. He is on pace to bill just shy of $5 Million and his revenues through March are up 60% over the previous year.

I recently had an opportunity to speak with Eiso about some of the things he is working on to continue to expand his agency in the Desert Cities. Eiso was excited to share with me areas he had been thinking about to offset the seasonality of his market due to its popularity with snowbirds (people who migrate from the colder, northern parts of North America to warmer, southern locales, typically during the winter). As Eiso shared, he typically provides services to more affluent clients. However, the downside is that they travel out of the area in the hotter.
