News from: Leadership Coachella Valley
Leadership Coachella Valley (LCV) Class of 2026 is proud to announce its legacy project: a partnership with the ABC Recovery Center to fund critical enhancements for their facility expansion. To kick off this initiative, the class will host the “Building Hope – First Look Soirée & Virtual Tour” on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the ABC Recovery Center campus in Indio.
For over 63 years, ABC Recovery Center has provided life-saving treatment and housing for those battling addiction. As the region grows, the center is embarking on a facility expansion to increase residential bed capacity and strengthen long-term recovery support. The LCV Class of 2026 has set a goal to raise $37,500.00 to furnish this expansion, specifically targeting:
- A Digital Donor Wall to recognize community contributions.
- A Welcome Center Transformation to greet those seeking help.
- Furnishing Residential Bedrooms for individuals in treatment.
- Healing Courtyard Enhancements to provide serene outdoor spaces.
“Leadership is about stepping forward when our community needs us most,” the Class of 2026 shared in their invitation to partners. “This project represents our collective commitment to workforce stability, family restoration, and long-term regional wellness”.
