News from: Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival
The Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival presented by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is bringing even more excitement in 2025 with its theme, “More Dates”—a nod to both the beloved fruit of the date palm and an extended festival schedule. For the first time ever, the festival will expand from ten days to thirteen, running Thursday, February 13, through Sunday, March 2, 2025. The Fair & Date Fest will be closed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, except Presidents Day (February 17).
“Our community has shown incredible support for the Fair & Date Fest,” said Chris Pickering, CEO of Pickering Events LLC. “Expanding to three weekends gives even more opportunities for visitors to enjoy the food, entertainment, and traditions that make this event special.”
A Food Festival Like No Other
Beyond thrilling carnival rides and live performances, the National Date Festival has become a food lover’s paradise. With over 40 different date-inspired fair foods to try, visitors can sample creative twists on classic treats like date al pastor tacos, cinnamon rolls topped with dates, and the wildly popular date beer-battered corn dogs. Whether you’re a longtime date enthusiast or trying them for the first time, there’s something delicious waiting for you.
Exciting Entertainment for All Ages
The Fair & Date Fest will also feature an action-packed entertainment lineup, including:
- Monster Trucks – February 14 & 15
- Demo Derby – February 16
