The Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce was excited to join in the festivities of the Grand Opening of Norma’s Treasures in Indio. The owners, Norma Garcia and Brian Mayfield made it a family affair by celebrating with all their family members, right down to the grandchildren and Norma’s best friend since kindergarten! Attendees were treated to all kinds of sweets and pastries. Norma and Brian were recognized with certificates from Supervisor V. Manny Perez, the City of Indio and the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Norma’s Treasures has now been open 3 months. She specializes in an eclectic mix of vintage furniture, antiques, collectibles, and rare finds, as well as some common thrift goods. Everything in her store has been carefully curated for resale. Her hand-picked treasures make her store very different from other resale boutiques. For those in attendance at the Ribbon Cutting, Norma and Brian offered a 10 percent discount.
