Women in STEAM Career Day at The Living Desert Zoo & Gardens highlights women across science, technology, engineering, arts, and math professions during an interactive, student-focused experience. In observance of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, the event connects students in grades K–12 with women professionals through hands-on STEAM activities and one-on-one conversations designed to inspire curiosity, representation, and future career exploration. Featured STEAM Ambassadors represent fields including animal care, conservation, conservation education, engineering, information technology, accounting, and more.
